This story has been on my heart for a couple of years now, and it feels good to share it in the context of this podcast. This is my backstory and the throughline of always craving something beyond a 'job', after many years of working in other peoples businesses. It journey's through becoming a mum and being diagnosed with breast cancer, and finally, working for myself doing what I love.

This is a high-level narrative of the complexities of being a human and trying to find my place in the masculine defined structures of work and success, and and why now, this work is now so important to me.
